TERMS & CONDITIONS

This page tells you the terms and conditions on which we sell all our products listed on our website.

Using this website indicates that you accept these terms and conditions, regardless of whether you choose to register with us.

1. Information About Us

www.infinitemas.com is a site run by Infinite Mas team members and owned by Desire&Aspire Ltd; Company No. 08012513. Our e-mail address is info@infinitemas.com

 

2. Service Availability

Our services are within but not limited to the United Kingdom. We can accept orders worldwide, but reserve the right to add shipping fees to any orders that cannot be collected in person. Full information on Delivery can be found in point 7.

 

3. Your Status

By placing an order through our site, you warrant that:

 

  • You are legally capable of entering into binding contracts

  • You are at least 18 years old; or have the consent of a parent or guardian over the age of 18 years old.

  • You agree to these Terms and Conditions

 

4. How the Contract is Formed Between You and Us

 

  • After placing an order, you will receive an e-mail from us acknowledging that we have received your order. Please note this does not mean that your order has been accepted. All orders are subject to availability and acceptance by us and we will confirm such acceptance to you by sending you an e-mail that confirms that the order has been processed.

  • We will not process your order until payment has been received

 

5. Orders

 

  • If you make a mistake with your order, you may be able to correct any mistakes via e-mail, info@infinitemas.com. If your order has already been processed, you will be unable to amend your order and a new order will have to be placed

  • We are entitled to refuse any order made by you for any reason

  • Orders will be for products displayed on the website only. No custom orders shall be made

  • Women of larger cup sizes (over cup size DD) will be expected to provide a bra sample to ensure product is made to the correct size. Please note that this service will come at the additional cost starting from £15 and is subject to increase dependant on the cup size provided

  • Sizing for orders are based on the UK Standard High Street Sizing Chart. Which can be found on the website.

6. Price & Payment

 

  • All deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances

  • The price payable for all products are as show on the website. Prices advertised on the website exclude delivery charges. See point 7 for more information on delivery charges

  • Prices are subject to change without notice but changes will not affect orders which have already been processed

  • Only one promotion code can be used per order

  • All products must be paid for in full before they are dispatched

 

7. Delivery

 

  • All products will be distributed on specific days which will be detailed via e-mail. Please note that distribution days are subject to change but all customers will be informed of any changes.

  • There will be a delivery option for those customers that are unable to attend distribution days. Please note that this delivery option will come at an extra cost and are subject to increase if persons are not available on pre-arranged delivery dates.

 

8. Our Liability

If the products we deliver are not what you ordered or are damaged, our only obligation will be:

 

  • Replace or repair any damaged products

  • Replace any items that were incorrect

  • Refund a percentage of the amount of the product. Please note this refund will exclude the deposit paid which is non-refundable (see point 6)

 

Please note that once the product is delivered and signed for, we do not take any responsibility for any items that are lost or damaged after the point of delivery.

 

9. Intellectual Property Rights

All and any Intellectual Property Rights in connection with the products shall be owned by us absolutely.

 

 

10. Events Outside of Our Control

We will not be liable or responsible for any failure to produce or delay in the production to the product on events outside of our control. Events outside of our control include but are not limited to:

 

  • Disruption of imports of items needed for production

  • Fire, explosion, storm, epidemic or any other natural disaster

 

11. Complaints

If for any reason you have any complaints these should be addressed in writing and to info@infinitemas.com. Please note that all complaints will be addressed within 14 working days.
